The interchange includes exit and entrance ramps to both directions of I-75 and features a “flyover” ramp for westbound Overpass Road traffic entering southbound I-75. This design-build project constructed a new interstate interchange on I-75 at Overpass Road, approximately 3.5 miles south of SR 52 in Pasco County. The installation of concrete poles topped with electronic equipment along I-75 from US-27 to the Alachua County line are part of the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) 511 Traveler Information system, which includes real-time video and obstruction warnings aimed at notifying drivers about roadway conditions.
